I could not be any more pleased with my hardwood flooring. I had some new hardwood put down as well as some floors refinished. The flooring was installed and refinished in a very timely manner. The pricing is very reasonable. Wilson did a great job in my home and I would highly recommend him.

Wilson did a great job. Nobody believed that it is possible to restore the floor. But as a result of Wilson's job we have a floor that looks like new. He was always on scheduled time. Wilson is an absolute master of his craft! I had a challenging property that other contractors didn't want to take the time to try. I fortunately came across Pitts Floors & he took the time to give me options on how to best finish my hardwood floors. The end result was amazing!! My real estate agent was floored by the transformation. I cant thank him enough. Extremely responsive, very reasonably priced, and amazing work!

I called at least 14 floor refinishing business before I called Pitts Floors Wilson answered my call within 24 hours he came to our home gave us an estimate because we were in such a desperate situation he was able to squeeze us in. Wilson and his uncle refinished 4 bedrooms, living room, dining room, 15 steps as well as 2 landings they started and finished within 5 days. He is very meticulous and TRULY cares about his craft he's honest always on time. His work is impeccable. Our oak hardwood floors look like NEW mind you our home was built in 1960. I highly recommend this young man you won't be disappointed. He deserves 5 stars. As well as thumbs a thumbs up. We will definitely call him back for future services.

SEARCH NO MORE! This guys is literally the best - I recommend him to everyone. All around top notch work and a great guy. Wilson obviously enjoys his trade and does it very well. He’s also very affordable and the value of his work far outweighs what he charges.
Our floors are perfect - beautiful and refinished exactly how he said they would look. They are holding up well against the paws of a dog, two cats, high heels, and a moving day with a lot of big heavy furniture being moved and slid around.
Wilson even worked with us after the fact on the touch up work. He’s such a nice guy and did such good work, I decided to part ways with one of my premium power tools from my garage to help him out with his work.

Wilson is top notch. He took our old grungy, urine stained floors and made them shine. No more urine stains and no more disgusting carpet! He was always willing to roll with the punches and even repaired a hole left behind by a previous contractor (and then reopened it for a vent when we found out it was a strangely connected duct) without complaint. He was courteous of our home and our family who watched the house for us during this process. He respected our animals and our space completely.
Not only was he the cheapest quote, he was clearly the best person for the job.
I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
Do not hesitate to use Wilson at Pitts Floors. You will not be disappointed.
